Vegan Organic Buckwheat Porridge
Ingredients
¼ cup raw organic buckwheat groats
¼ cup soy milk
1 cup water
½ small banana
Additional mix in ingredients
chopped fruit
cinnamon
Directions
Grind buckwheat groats in a food processor twice for 2 seconds each time
Bring groats, water, and milk to boil in a small saucepan and reduce heat – stirring frequently
After 4 minutes stir in banana and continue stirring for 2 minutes
Serve with chopped fruit and cinnamon
