POSTAGE FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We pack & send all orders placed before 10:00am AEST on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00am AEST are sent the next day. These are sent from our Brisbane warehouse and are securely packed to ensure no breakages.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia and overseas. Within Australia all orders are sent via Express Post which is track-able and usually overnight delivery (see below). All international orders are sent via Australia Post’s international service.

ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION

All online website payments are made via PayPal. This is the world’s most secure and widely used online payment processor. After you checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website for secure payment. Here you can login to your PayPal account and pay that way, or you can use your credit card by clicking ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’. PayPal also has a full buyers-protection policy for your peace of mind.
