Atherton Health Food

Established in Atherton's Main Street in the early 1970's, Atherton Health Food Centre is now a modern, purpose-designed shop with space to browse and assistance always available. Our regular customer base stretches from central Queensland property owners, to far inland, and up to Cape York. Mail orders are a specialty, as we service such a broad area.

Owned and operated since 1992 by husband and wife Jo and John Hall, together with three experienced and dedicated staff members, Atherton Health Food Centre is a focus of information for customers pursuing complementary remedies and general health or wellbeing products.

We have an exceptional range of nutritional supplements, herbal supplies, certified organic products and personal care items. We also have purpose-built cold rooms, which allow us to stock bulk ingredients. We supply flours, cereals, dried fruits, nuts and a range of other quality ingredients for personal use or commercial kitchens.

Atherton Health Food Centre also has a private consultation room. Our qualified and accredited in-house naturopath, Vera Dahlstrom, is available by appointment Tuesdays to Fridays.
