Quinoa & Peanut Chocolate Slice

Healthy Snacking Shouldn’t Taste This Good
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup raw) cooled
 - 2 ½ cups rolled oats
 - ¾ cup chocolate chips
 - ¼ cup flaxseeds
 - ¾ cup smooth peanut butter
 - ¾ cup milk
 - ¼ cup honey
 
Directions
- Make sure the oven is pre-heated to 180°C
 - Mix together - in a bowl - the quinoa, oats, flaxseeds and chocolate chips until well combined.
 - Add in peanut butter, honey, and milk and combine well
 - Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and distribute evenly with a spatula
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes
 - Take pan out of the oven and allow to cool before cutting into bars

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
